my account is locked but accessible (help)

i registered a key for steam and then used my old account i had opened previous but now when i log in i get the message my account is locked while under "Path of Exile 2 Early Access" it says "Your account is eligible for Path of Exile 2 Early Access! Thank you for your (or your benevolent friend's) support!

Your account will be allowed to log in and play during Path of Exile 2 Early Access" - i honestly have no clue what´s going on and the email to the support adress only had a response after 3 days. the whole situation is really chaotic, please do something
