Couture of Crimson Gilded Vestments disables Blasphemy Skillgem

When I have Couture equipped blasphemy gets deactivated randomly when I get close to a enemy.
I will have to double right-click in skillgem menu to activate it again.
Sometimes in skillgem menu it looks like its activated but the curse runes are not floating around me and also not activating at enemies.

I have tried different item combination but the only one that matters is if I have Couture Equipped or not.

This kills this item for me because blasphemy/hexblast is my whole bread and butter

I just realized I put this in the Console bug reports. This is my mistake it should be in the PC section
