9800X3D Crashing Entire PC with Multi Thread

This was issue that I chalked up to a 10 year old game on PoE 1. It is now the exact same issue on PoE 2. Computer runs perfectly fine on any other game. Drivers are fully updated. Computer is completely up to date. This is the second PC I have built with completely different components entirely. The only common denominator being a 9800x3d. If I turn off multithreading, the game will not crash my PC. It is not just a game crash, but an entire PC crash. No blue screen, no errors in event viewer. Simple entire PC freeze. Please someone explain to me why my $500 CPU can not run this game on more than one thread. Please fix this immediately as it is going to corrupt my windows if it continues to crash

Same issue - been unable to play the game since i upgraded my computer to get more frames, quite sad.
This has been an issue since launch heres my post from dec 10-
Issue: During telepot loading screen after clicking portal (to town usualy) the POE 2 client experiences a complete failure and causes a system freeze(seems to be cpu usage related)
To fix CPU issues when loading after teleport Ive had luck:
*Capping fps-Foreground:100 background:30
*Turning off Nvidia Reflex
*No upscale
*Removing core 0 & 1 from core affinty in task manager (needs to be set on each launch/crash)

After doing these steps now when the game hits the cpu issue the freeze is game only and I am able to use task manager or alt+F4

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
Graphics: 4087MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 (Gigabyte) / MSI MAG401QR (3440x1440@155Hz)

Now when I launch I just do the core 0 & 1 off and run the rest on max settings and uncapped frames, ive noticed the game struggles when in the background when trading ect but crashes less and can still close game no shutdown needed.
