I have 30k dps on the sheet for Ice Strike.

Herald of Ice and Combat Frenzy are active. ( Frenzy charges get converted to Power charges)

Using Charged Staff on cooldown,

While fighting mobs the same level as me it is taking 3-6 hits per target, and there is little to no AoE from Charged Staff.

Can anyone help me identify what I am doing wrong or why my damage isn't applying?
