Path of Exile 2 Early Access removed from my account

yesterday morning I sent an email according to the instructions from the support (from the forum) employee of GGG. Still nothing. I bought the game, played for a few days and on 26.12 the game was removed from my account. I guess it was deleted because there is no trace of it. I am still waiting for an email response. Please do something...

If you did this through a 3rd party, you would need to talk to the person you got the key from I am afraid. We cannot assist further with this.
