The linkage to my Steam account is not complete

The Steam field on the Manage Account screen shows my Steam ID, but the 300 points that should have been credited to my account show as 0 points.
What else do I need to do to link my account? When I press the Direct Whisper button on the web trade screen "Invalid query; Your account must be in-game to use this feature" and I can't trade. Last bumped on Jan 2, 2025, 4:23:26 AM

I also have the same issue. I got sick of being asked to login every hour via steam when trading, so made a poe account and tried to link them. They've linked, but not properly as my account doesnt show my characters and i can no longer send dm via trade site.
