Transfer points failure

Just donated 176 guild points to my guild with the intention of buying a stashtab, and it was deducted from my account, but does not seem to have registered with the guild (still says 0).

Since this is real money from a supporter pack converted to points, I'd rather not just see them go up in smoke...
