Campaign completion reset after returning to Act 3 cruel town

After defeating the final boss of Act 3 cruel, I still had one of those idols which can be sold to Oswald
After the conclusion of Act 3 cruel, it is no longer possible to teleport to Ziggurat Encampment to trade with Oswald
To work around it, I teleported to Drowned City, and walked up the stairs to the encampment
This resulted in campaign completion being reset, and the main quest going back to "enter time portal to access cruel difficulty"

I understand that cruel difficulty is temporary, but while it exists, this likely can happen to other players (I probably should've sold the idol to Oswald in Act 3 normal, but who knew)

Also, would it be possible to update the character yfirebringer_witch to allow it to enter maps?
