Be aware that you will need to be patient with support. They are swamped right now it seems, and it will take time for them to sort through all the support tickets. I have this exact issue that you have, and it's been 10 days now since I posted my support request without response yet, so I'm still waiting.
But it's important to not keep spamming support requests. It sounds like doing that will put you back farther in the queue. So just submit the one support request, and then wait for support to respond to you and be patient. I do hope in the future they make it a bit more difficult to accidentally kill a character, like requiring you to type in 'DELETE' or something like that. |
