Unable to access MTX in PoE2

I played PoE1 on PlayStation but I am playing PoE2 on PC with the PoE client. I linked my PlayStation account with my PC account and I can see my PlayStation cosmetics in the in-game menu with a note indicating that they were purchased on another platform and cannot be used on the PC account. I understood this was how it worked (although I think that is ridiculous), but my problem is that I purchased the $30 early access supporter pack on PC and the points show up on my account on the PoE1 website, but not on the PoE2 website nor in-game in PoE2. I used some of those points on the PoE1 website to repurchase the celestial turtle pet, and that too does not show up in-game in PoE2. I still only see the turtle with the note saying it was purchased in another version. Honestly, it seems pretty stupid that microtransactions purchased on PS show up on PC but are unusable. If you can show me what I have, then you can sure as hell let me use them. But on top of that, there is clearly something going wrong that is preventing me from using any points or MTX in PoE2 at all.

I also claimed the Twitch drops on this PC account and am unable to see them in-game in PoE2 either.
