Muted for 24hrs because I asked if anyone had any uncut skill gems?!?

So I got a notification from a GM that I was muted for 24 hours due to saying in global chat "anyone have any lvl 11 uncut skill gems they don't need?" How is this a breach of the Code of Conduct??
