Appearing offline in Trade website

Hello guys,
Am i the only one appearing offline no matter what setting i choose on the trade website ? Anyone ever had this and found a way to appear online ? GGG support not responding since the release.. Last bumped on Dec 30, 2024, 8:30:38 AM

i have same problem...it logs me only on my poe1 account online and it wont show me my poe2 account or chars
