Skeletal Cleric bug

I am using 16 skeletal warriors with the support gems Concentrated Effect and Infernal Legion, along with just 1 skeletal cleric.
Here’s how it works:
The warriors gradually lose life until they explode, and then all of them are revived at the same time if I don't use the cleric. However, when I use the cleric, only 1 warrior is revived at a time, even though I have 16 warriors that could be revived.
