Tempest Bell disappears - bug

Whenever I use heal or mana flask Bell disapears the same second. It just disappears immediately without anything hapenning. Same happens with those 4 charges that I need to have for placing the bell, whatever amount of charges 1-4 I have they disappear and become 0 once I click 1 or 2 for HP or Mana regen.

If I don't use any regeneration bell works just fine. Happened when I recieved 50 lvl. Tried with different flasks, tried restarting the game, doesn't help.

It's just impossible to play now as it was the main skill of my build. Please help

As I looked through other forum messages, a lot of people are facing this issue, why you don't fix it?

Hey I got a same trouble
I take my Gloves which have 2 holes off
And everything become OK
maybe you can try take off some equipment that been Vaal

Thank you a lot!!! Didn't have vaal, but removed the gloves and now it works, will try using different ones.
