Trade unusable on xbox

After making it to t9 maps SSF I figured I'd check out trade to take my build into red maps. Whenever I use the direct whisper function on the tradesite, it comes up with an error message saying "invalid inquery: your account must be in-game to use this feature"
I checked all of my privacy settings and everything should be fine. Plz help 🙏 😢 Last bumped on Dec 28, 2024, 9:08:21 PM

Same thing here, but I'm playing on Steam and PS5. I also didn't get Twitch drops that show verified as being sent from Steam AND POE site. I've emailed support 2x about this issue and so far am being ignored. Good times!
