Stuck in neverending loading screens after portal or login

I have 71 hours in this game and had no problems.
Then last night, I tried to do a waystone, and got stuck in a loading screen that never stopped.This was after swapping my screen to windowed fullscreen.

I restarted the game, then was stuck in a loading screen into the game that never stopped.

I have tried the following to solve- the BEST that happens is i can load in, but then on the 3rd portal i once again get stuck in a neverending loading screen.

Used windowed, fullscreen or windowed fullscreen.
Deleted the POE2 folder out of mydocuments.
Run in administrator mode.
Tried DirectX12, 11 and Vulkan.
Turned off multi-threading.
repaired files via steam.
Unistalled, deleted folders out of steam and mydocs, then reinstalled
Turned off nvida overlay.

All my drivers are up to date, and have not updated right before having issues.

PC specs-
AMD Ryzen9 3900X
ROG Strix x570F
Nvidia geforice RTX 2080Ti
32gb ram

Also i tried starting up a new character to see if it was specific to something wrong with that one, and also got stuck on a death loading screen.

Ive also tried turning off the last two cores the game uses but still got stuck in a loading screen after a few ports.
Turned off steam overlay.
Looking at the task manager its not using all of my CPU.
Tried the BES app, but it doesnt even show POE2 on the list.

I also have this problem. Yesterday, this happened to me no less than half a dozen times in a 2 hour period. However today, it only happened once in a 4 hour period. In my case, the loading screen locks up my whole PC, and the only way to recover from it, is to do a hard shut down by holding the power button until the computer shuts off.

My PC specs are:
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core
32 GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090

I don't have any other problems with this game other than loading screens that sometimes work as intended, and sometimes cause a catastrophic problem with my computer.

I have the same issue. Stuck in loading screen forever. I have done all things that you mentioned. None of them worked. I cant believe why GGG dosent react at all to this. I cant enter a portal anymore cuz i stuck in its loading screen so i cant play endgame content. Besides if i enter a portal to go back to hideout and stuck, I cant even enter the game bcs it stucks there evdrytime i run the game. Whats the use of this forum if no dev gonna answer to it ?

New Update:
I used 2 mods on steam: noasync and waitforpreload on launch options. It loads the screen but now the character dosent move at all and after 5 secs it disconnects from the server!!! It is definitely something wrong with these portals. I lost lots of maps bcs of this issue cuz when you stuck in a portal, it will be broken forever and you should put new waystone to open new portals.

New Update:
Still this issue exists with steam client and with the standalone. I stuck three times a row in portal loading screens today. I had to exit the game everytime and put new waystone and it is happening in a row. Could you just release a program to track this problem and find the issue ???
