internet disconnection through POE

i play POE for some years now, but i do not play POE2 and will most probably stop playing POE1 for one specific reason: there is already hundrets of threads in a lot of different internet forums which state the same problem i am facing: POE stops my internet connection - everything running smootg with 150 mbit download and 50 mbit upload until i start POE - suddenly internet connection is somehow broke until i stop poe and everything is going fine again.

why is nobody giving a shit about this issue hundrets of players are facing? i was hoping with the start of POE2 this will be somehow fixed - but its getting worse every week.
you will loose another customer who invested more money in stash tabs etc as he ever payed for any other games.

I’m experiencing the same issue at the moment. POE2 ran smoothly during the first two weeks after the game’s launch, but suddenly, starting last week I can no longer log in. Every time I press the login button, it shuts down my entire PC internet connection. I never have this issue with any other games. Interestingly, the game will run when using my phone's personal hotspot. I'm certain that the game is triggering a conflict the Windows 11 firewall settings, which needs to be fixed.
