Microtransaction Error/Refund
Hello!
Last night, I decided to purchase an Essences Stash Tab (it was around 3am my time in the morning) because, i mean who doesn't need an Essences Stash Tab. So while on my phone, I navigated to the Microtransaction Shop, found the Essences Stash Tab, and clicked Buy - And then about 10 minutes later, I went to my PC to log in to PoE2 Early Access and check out my new Essences Stash Tab and....I had TWO of them (100% my fault for not checking first, but it also didn't say "You already purchased this item" on the Essences Stash Tab, like it did on the other tabs that I had already purchased. Could be I also missed it, but i swear it wasn't there.) Anyway, totally my fault. But I sent a message to support through email and through the forum about refunding those tokens so that I can put them towards something that I didn't already have. And usually, everytime I've emailed support, they've answered extremely fast, but this time I haven't heard anything (granted, it's still only been in the first 24 hours). I just wanted to make sure that I was able to timely rectify this mistake of mine. Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do. Thanks! Yep! And I've already had a response and my issue has been taken care of! I just want to thank the GGG Team for being super helpful and resolving my issue (that was 100% completely my fault as well). Thanks a million guys! Hope all of you had a great Christmas and a Happy New Year as well. I'll be murder-hoboing some vile creatures in Wraeclast to bring in the New Years properly....

Yes, but in GGG's defense, I did post it here, and submit two emails (because I accidently forgot I submitted the first one). I'm not sure which one they actually received first as I'm sure they are super busy, but i would recommend emailing them if you already haven't. Also, i'm not sure what exactly your issue was and if that actually plays a part in how fast they can resolve it for you.
Also, I've taken the liberty of posting a screenshot here showing the MTX store in my browser, so people can see what happened to me. If you look at the image, you'll see where it shows "Already Purchased" on a tab close to the top - i think it's premium tab upgrades or just premium tabs. But if you look at the Essences Stash Tab, it doesn't have that message. So I was under the impression that I hadn't already purchased it, but in actuality, I did already purchase it. Now, don't get me wrong, I should have 100% went and logged into the game and double checked before I purchased it again, but it was 3am and I was on my phone oogling more MTX stuff, and did a spur of the moment "Oh, I need that one" and clicked "Buy" because I didn't see the "Already Purchased" notification on the Essences Stash Tab. Again, totally my fault for not double checking and confirming I didn't already have it. So they were able to help me resolve the issue, even thought they don't normally do those types of refunds. I'm only posting this here to help other people avoid making the same mistake that I did. I don't know why it doesn't say "Already Purchased" on some of the items I've purchased, and why it does some it on one of them. But still, to help others avoid making my mistake, i just wanted to post it so everyone can be aware that the MTX store might not always show "Already Purchased" next to an item that you have already purchased. Again, totally 100% my fault for not double checking by logging into the game and verifying it beforehand. So I'm trying to save someone else the trouble of making that same mistake as I did. I'm sure though....no one else is up at 3am...oogling the MTX store....perusing through items....trying to decide what to spend those shiny tokens on... surely I'm the only one guilty of this.... Somebody must be watching me because I got a response 10 minutes after posting this and they resolved my issue as well. Now if only I could get my witch back from the skill error bug..

I think it's that they probably have a ton of support emails, and when they see the support emails, then the forums as well, they might just go ahead and take care of those issues that they can, especially if they are easy to remedy like mine was. But I'm only guessing that's the case.
