What the size of queue of support requests?
Hi GGG. Good to know you started to answer something on forum, let it be even as copy-paste.
I need to know how long i should wait more for response from support. My last mail was sent 11/12/2024. Still nothing. What the size of queue, how much time it will take, should i count on some far future to get back to poe or its will happen soon. Give me some timer. And God bless you, give me something more than just regular copypast.... Last bumped on Dec 28, 2024, 5:31:43 PM

Hey there, Exile.
If you've already contacted us via email at support@grindinggear.com then I'm afraid you'll need to wait for the appropriate team member to get back to you. We're currently handling an unprecedented volume of tickets right now so we really appreciate your patience in the meantime! I'm afraid that I'm unable to discuss the specifics or make speculation, however our Community Team has made a post acknowledging these issues. We apologise for any delays in our response and any inconvenience you've experienced as a result. | |
I'd say a couple weeks honestly bud. PoE2 EA launch has brought way more people than PoE has had ever. Especially consistent players reaching 400k just on steam? Let alone the client players and our console friends as well. We normally see a batch of like 200k players and taper down to 80-100k players. We've multiplied the player base which also multiplied the issues players are going to run into. If this is a game you enjoy and have enjoyed from PoE give it some time. I know those words are probably more annoying than comforting but GGG is swamped we know it, we see it and holidays don't help the issue either.
You won't see anything from GGG currently besides basic copy paste blah blah blah contact support blah blah blah. |
