Physical Goods from Support Pack POE 2

Hey all.

Wanted to check in with you and see if you received tracking data or some sort of shipment update for when the physical goods go out?

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.

We'll be able to provide physical item information if we have received it after confirming your contacting us.
From experience this usually takes a while to process, shipped, and delivered. You can probably expect a few months depending on where you live. If u want reassurance, I can pretty much guarantee that I have never not recieved any of my physical orders.

Checking in here real quick. Just received the physical goods. Just about a month or so for T/A , but no tracking/confirmation. Luckily everything was correct and looks good!
