Loading screen freeze

The issue I have is the PC crashes when I'm in a loading screen, never playing or anywhere else, only when I'm teleporting somewhere or even at the start of the game, whenever there is the 2 mechanical wheels spin at the bottom when loading something.
I have been having this issue since launch, I looked up almost everywhere but no solution was found. My PC specs are good, I run more demanding games with ultra settings and nothing happens.
I need a solution please because the game like this is unpayable, it crashes almost every 5-10 minutes.
