Hacked Account - Grinding Gear Support Non-Responsive.
I've seen numerous posts on the forums with accounts that were compromised during a recent google data breach. Every single forum post has the same message - I emailed support and they have not responded to me. I, myself have sent in multiple emails and have not received any correspondence back since December 21st. I understand the holidays may result in a delay, but this seems like a very easy fix to remove the hackers email from the account that was changed during the data breach.
I can easily prove my accounts origin through multiple purchases on the account, can prove my credit card data and the fact that it's linked to my steam account. It's really sad to not be able to play the game anymore because someone can login through my account and take all of my items and currency as they already have once. Waiting on a non-responsive support team is just frustrating. I have supported this game vocally over the years, but this lack of care for user account security, no 2FA, and no way to properly retain control of the account after a data breach for the size that grinding gear has grown to is just sad.
