3 weeks later and still no answers.
I’ve emailed support several times. I finally got a response asking if my problem had been resolved. When I said no, and provided all of my information, I never heard back. I spent $60, didn’t get what I paid for, and customer support has been beyond frustrating. I guess I just got ripped off. Lesson learned.

They use HelpScout, which groups multiple emails from the same customer into a single conversation so that whoever responds has access to all of the information you’ve provided. As the queue orders conversations based on when they were last updated, you’ve been repeatedly resetting your position in the queue.
