even though I have the receipt on my account for the purchase I am currently playing on Xbox but just wondering as to why this is happening thank you.

Happened to me as well.
Played for 20 hours and out of a sudden I no longer have access to play it. Tried everything I could think of... I am waiting for the support team to reply. |

I can't access my early access after more than 25 hours of playing. It tells me that I don't have access and that I should buy it. When I had already redeemed it.

This is crazy! I have 35 hours in the game and it says I do not have access!? AND my character disappeared on the site.
