Seismic Cry doesnt consume endurance charges as stated in tooltip - 1 730 003 387

My endurance charges as show in top left corner is not consumed when using seismic cry.
I have tested infernal cry and it does indeed consume the charges and trigger the effects of consuming endurance charges. Last bumped on Jan 25, 2025, 4:42:49 PM
