Ghost Dance doesnt generate Ghost shouds on weapon swap

Hey,

if the skill menu (g) is not opened ghost dance does not generate ghost shrouds on weapon swap.
If the skill menu is opened for the first weapon swap, ghost shrouds are generate for both weapons independent.

Recreate:

Equip Ghost Dance Skill Gem and activate it.
Equip two weapon sets (i only used Quarterstaff and Bow)
Go outside Town. Ghost Dance starts generate Shrouds.
On Weapon Swap: No Shrouds are generated for swapped to weapon set.
