Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum MAJOR bug / Essence minor bug

So I basically dropped it while inventory managing and as I go to pick it up it disappeared therefore I can't ascend which affects gameplay especially endgame. I did try and re-kill the Chimeral boss a few times and now only drops random loot like a normal mob. Major bug but an easy fix at least.

As for the essence bug nothing crazy it's just I encountered an essence mob in Act 2 in the first instance when entering Traitor's Passage on cruel and visually they looked like they were trying to escape but kept getting rubber banded back to their original position. They could still damage you though if you got close enough so technically not just a visual bug but not really game breaking so I doubt this one will be prio'd.
