Unlocking procedure question, dont ctrl+c ctrl+v me to email support PLEASE
Is it true that it can take up to 30 email exchanges to get an account unlocked?

I'm unable to speculate on the nature or reason an account might be locked, as we are unable to discuss account-related issues over the forums.
I'm also unable to speculate as to why a ticket may have many exchanges, as receiving the information we require from players to assist them may vary depending on the subject of their query(s). If you've already contacted us via email at support@grindinggear.com then I'm afraid you'll need to wait for the appropriate team member to get back to you. We're currently handling an unprecedented volume of tickets right now so we really appreciate your patience in the meantime! This is an issue that our Community Team has acknowledged in a post on our forums.
