MTX shop - cant buy points, page won’t load

I’m just wondering if this is a known issue or if other people are experiencing the same on PS5. I’m trying to buy points to purchase premium stash tabs, unfortunately the points/packs tabs don’t load in my Mtx store. It says loading in the bottom right corner, but it doesn’t ever actually load. I bought points outside the game from PS store, unfortunately the balance won’t update in the in game MTX shop.

Wondering if other people have this issue and if anyone has possibly found a solution.

I have the same issues. Nothing works in mtx.
Used psn before I knew this to buy points and now I wasted my money. My friends in the US say everything works fine. I'm in Canada so I'm not sure if that's the issue or not. Strongly disappointed. Everything won't load in mtx shop except (shop) (guild) (wishlist) but can't buy points or any of the packs.

I’m still having this problem. Still can’t access my coins I bought weeks ago and the pages in game MTX store get stuck on loading forever. I’m hoping the new patch addresses this. I hate to complain, you’ll see I haven’t been back on here whining since my original post. But, I mean I am trying to give the developers money here, there are a number of stash tab things I want to purchase and cosmetics.

GGG - like I said I realize it’s early access, and I’m not a huge complainer, but even a response to this post with some information/timeline would be super appreciated. I’m still out the $$ I paid for coins on PSN and never arrived in game. It’s been over 2 weeks since my original post. Love the game - trying really hard to give you guys more money! Help!
