My account is not eligible for the early access
Hi,
I previously purchased the early access and activate it on the PoE2 website. I was able to install the downloadable PC version and login to HK server to play. But today when I logged in to PoE Again, the system asked me to purchase again. Could you please help? Thank you. Last bumped on Dec 30, 2024, 1:11:29 PM

" That's not an authorised retailer given keys by GGG (e.g. Steam; Epic Games Store). It's an online marketplace where you buy keys provided by random people, many of which are either 1) purchased and then subsequently subject to a chargeback so they get their money back, or, 2) purchased fraudulently using stolen payment credentials which are then subject to a chargeback by the owner of the credit or debit card. The reason you lost access is that GGG lost the money (and were hit with a fine...), so they disabled the key associated with that purchase. If you want to play Path of Exile 2, buy a key from a legitimate store such as this website. Same happened to me for PC, already sent two emails to GGG costumer support and I've been waiting for almost 5 days now but still no response from them.
The online store where the key was bought will only do something if GGG support answers. Did everything right, bought the key, activated the product on the game website, redeemed the code on Steam, played for 5 hours and now I just can't login anymore. Nothing wrong with the payment, money got out of my bank account I have the receipt to prove it. Everytime I try to Login I get this error message: "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now." Key most likely was revoked, I activated the game, redeemed it on Steam and played it for 5 hours but now its like I didn't even activated anything there is just no record of any transaction in my PoE account. Escalated the ticket but costumer support will only do something if GGG says something back in the mail. |
