Legacy of the Vaal Bug

Picked up the doll for the door to Temple of Kopec. Allowed me to put the doll in the door, tried to click enter, nothing happened, reloaded area, now the temple entrance is not there and I have no way to continue story line.
Tried to party with a few people who just did the same thing with the doll, getting an error when trying to teleport to them saying I dont have the prereqs for that quest line part. I am very frustrated!

Kill the filth queen again, repopulated the the marker!
