hardcore Character

Hi

i have been laying 2 Hardcore characters a Witch and a Sorceress, i was about level 4 to 6 on both. I logged out on the 28/12/2024. I have logged back in this mooring 29/12/2024 and they have disappeared.

the PC was shut down properly, no loss of connections etc

Any idea why?
