NO EARLY ACCESS EPIC GAMES

Hello guys i tried to get my client downloaded from the site that works but now i see that client from official site dont see my early access what i get on my epic account and i have linked account and it didn't work someone know solution how i can get early access linked from epic? or refreshed because its already linked to my poe2 account HELP i have paid for game aswell via epic games launcher but it dont see my permission why

i send also a email i think the best option is refund from epic and just buy official early acces on site on your account but i dont want waste my money x2 administration can also give me a access key or something i emailed all recipes from epic and all what i paid for game that i cant use because client of epic is different and dont work and if i want use official site client then i dont have subscibrion this is scam

i sended already 2 mailes on this email what you gave and i cant do refund via epic games so i cant take my money back and buy subscribtion from official site and my epic account is just linked so i dont understand why it didn't work
