When does the account lock get lifted?
Hi,
I've been waiting for days after reporting that I got hacked and my account got locked at the same day. After doing everything in the support mail I contacted them again to unlock it. There has been no answer. Why is the locking going so fast but the unlock process is taking so long? It would have been more helpful to not lock it instead at all. Do you have an estimated time I have to wait? Because I read people waiting for weeks already... My paid time off isn't forever aswell.

The glazing of "just write to our email" and never answer is crazy, been weeks if not months for alot of people. not only locked, deleted my character and revoked my license on steam. this is absurd.

it's easy to lock because it's a click of a button.
And while the unlock is clicking a button it also has to come with a slew of security questions to make sure that the account is going back the the account holders possession....a process that takes a while in general (because they ask it through individual questions) which has now been delayed quite a lot because of the high amounts of support requests that will involve that level of scrutiny. Then it should have been very easy to lock the hacker, which alot of people who got stolen from pointed at. But he's still online. Selling all our stuff. Weird times to be able to lock the victims so easy for safety reasons, but leave the perpetrator free to keep on hacking.
