LOST EARLY ACCESS - CAN'T RECEIVE ANSWER AT E-MAIL

HELLO, so 10 days ago i've spent my money to play this game in early access and now i woke up this morning and find that i lost my access to the game. I don't even know if my pg is still there or got deleted too[img][/img].
Can someone that work for this game answer and can some developer do something for this bug which got reported a lot of times? we've spent money for this... and we can not even test this game...
