Cant continue games quests

Hi! Im stuck on cruel act 2, i have done every quests from act 2 but still cant continue to cruel act 3. Stuck on relic quest, traitors passage and trial of corruption. Also i cant gain any ascendance points from sekhemans or temple chaos. Pls someone help me so i could continue the game, im adding link for example of the problem.
