Account Hacked

Hello. I'm here since the beta of PoE 1, and now I' am so frustrated because my account was hacked. I really don't know how people come to this, and I never give my password or my any kind of access my account to anyone. I want to know what GGG can do for me in this situation, and if you can do nothing I want full refound for my money. My account is Skytwister#5090 and my main char is Sky_ShockShot Deadeye. I hope this problem come to a solution in any form, because I am so disapointed with this situation and losing all my hope in the game.

They'll tell you to contact support via mail. But if you do, your account gets locked, not allowing you to play anymore. Until they unlock it. People here waiting for that...

Don't become aggressive, they will simply block your account on forum otherwise.
