Mercenary after doge roll problem

It is so frustrating, time to time, after roll i can't shoot, just impossible, character lagging for few seconds and do not shoot, i have grenaades, it is not cooldown problem or smth. It is bug, my build base on healing via attack when i play breach, this lag coast me -10% and time loose, evry time it is annoying and stress that this bug happen with me, it happens few times per map, i just click attack and doge roll a lot, help me with this, it is ruining whole experience! Help me, maybe some one know how to avoid this, evry time rage, expeccialy on bosses.
