Poe2 early access revoked

Hi, I previously purchased the early access and activate it on the PoE2 website. I was able to install the downloadable PC version and login to HK server to play. But today when I logged in to PoE Again, the system asked me to purchase again. I've already sent a mail to support@grindinggear.com. Thank you. Last bumped on Jan 2, 2025, 7:46:49 AM

Same happened to me, already sent two emails to GGG costumer support and I've been waiting for almost 5 days now but still no response from them.
The online store where the key was bought will only do something if GGG support answers. Did everything right, bought the key, activated the product on the game website, redeemed the code on Steam, played for 5 hours and now I just can't login anymore. Nothing wrong with the payment, money got out of my bank account I have the receipt to prove it. Everytime I try to Login I get this error message: "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now." Key most likely was revoked, I activated the game, redeemed it on Steam and played it for 5 hours but now its like I didn't even activated anything there is just no record of any transaction in my PoE account. Escalated the ticket but costumer support will only do something if GGG says something back in the mail. |

If you didn't buy direct from GGG, or Steam, or the Epic Games store, you most likely got scammed.

If you have acquired your Path of Exile 2 early access key through a third-party, I'm terribly sorry, however we are unable to assist. Players who have been affected by this must reach out to whomever the player received the key from to check with them regarding the status of their key.
These players can rest assured that their characters, items, and progress will remain as they are until their account is once again eligible to participate in Early Access. I apologise for any inconvenience. | |
" I have already contacted them and they told me the following: "You would also need to contact Path of Exile support and ask them about the status of the code, whether it is valid or not, and whether it has been cancelled or not, with the reasons. Then, send us screenshots of the conversation, where the code should be visible." For this reason I sent an email to support@grindinggear.com, but I have not received a reply. That is why I wrote this post, please help. |

So did any of you buy the EA pack from this website, steam, epic?
If you did not and bought the key from a reseller then you need to deal with the reseller as it is the reseller that has most likely refunded the transaction voiding your key. Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi
