UI bug

On console the UI is awful im in my flask stash trying to sort the items out but you have the search bar on top of other commands that I can even activate with my controller because they are on top of each other...same with character creation it does not tell you ig the name has been took, so when you choose your name then try to start a new game..all it does is keeps wanting me to change name and won't let me create another character...hopefully this feedback helps, just because it's more annoying than anything else
