Unlink from Steam - why you keep deleting this?
Hello, I sent an email to support 5 days ago asking to unlink this account from Steam (I have purchased the game from another account) but I have no answers. I need this account unlinked or, at this point, a refund because its 5 days I can't play the game for the delay in the response. If you want one of your account’s transactions refunded that’s only handled via email.

Mate I don’t know what you expect.
They released Path of Exile 2 into Early Access earlier this month, and it has since become the 15th most played game of all time on Steam. In addition, it is also available on the Epic Games Store, there’s a standalone client, and it’s available on PlayStation and Xbox. They’re obviously going to be busy, and they’re obviously going to be slow to respond. You say you contacted them 5 days ago. So, essentially you contacted them, then it was Christmas Day, then it was a bank holiday the following day, and then it was a weekend. It hasn’t exactly been five regular working days - you know what I’m saying? Their ticketing software groups emails from the same customer into a single conversation so that the person who responds will be aware of all of the information you have sent them. As it queues tickets based on how long it has been since they were last updated, if your behaviour on the forum is anything to go by, I’m guessing you’ve repeatedly reset your position in the queue. I personally find it very concerning no additional resources were allocated into customer support to make this experience bearable, even though we're witnessing record sales. Same problem as author of the topic, received one automated response till December 11th then nothing since and my patience is running extremely thin. Especially as there was no problem unlinking accounts previously, I switched connected Steam accounts countless times while playing PoE1 and suddenly the whole system got bricked.
