Ice Shatter Chayula Acolyte Build Help

Hello,

I am trying out Wudi's Chayula Monk Ice Shatter build, and I am mega struggling defensively and I don't know what I am doing wrong. I get 1 shot sometimes, and just destroyed by elites in T13-15 maps. I even tried running a white T13 and still got destroyed.

I have 4919 shield, and 36% evasion rating that goes up higher when I am in map (up to 43%).

I would appreciate any help. I sank all my currency into this build, and I can't seem to level past 83. I chose to run this build becuse Wudi mentioned it was tanky. I must be doing something wrong to be so squishy.
