Can we please get rid of this, or at least increase it's limit.

No, there is a rate limit for a reason...better than taking the servers down due to spam.

It's horrible dude, i was in a party with someone.
I couldn't reply to him for over 2 minutes. We were casually talking while going through a dungeon. I couldn't thank him for helping me either cuz i couldnt send any message. This is waaaaaay overdone. |
