Points from early access
Hello,
I bought the early access pack and activated the key on PoE website. Logged in and saw that I didn't had the 300 points that should come with it. I have checked the forums for this issue and seen that it happened to some other people, so you probably are already aware, but still contacted about it where I sent an email on the dec 18. Got a response on the same day asking for some details about my account, but after that never heard from the email again. Wanted to know if this could be solved. Thank you. So I've found the problem.
I've bought from a third party seller. And of course sh*t happens. I've just submitted a refund request to kinguin and I've bought the game from steam. :) Thanks |

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. |
