1st character stuck on loading.............and now my 2nd is also stuck

I was teleporting in Act 2 final boss by way of checkpoints ( 1st character ), and it got stuck on loading screen so I tried my 2nd character. and now they are both stuck and I can't play. this was a good, fun game for me, so sad I had to quit because I can't play it anymore. I tried reporting it but no response so far, this is very disappointing on my part cause I encountered bugs but shrug it off cause it's not affecting my gameplay but getting stuck on loading screen? this will infuriate any player, newbie or pro

the quest is "the spires of deshar" by the way
