Problem merging Microsoft account with Steam account for POE2

Não consigo migrar meus personagens da conta microsoft (xbox series) para jogar no computador utilizando a conta steam. O seguinte erro é exibido.
You cannot add this login method to this account.
You cannot merge two accounts with the same login methods.

Observações: Comprei o early access do POE2 com a conta microsoft (xbox series) e estou tentando realizar o merge com uma conta steam onde já foi comprado o early access do POE 2 anteriormente.

Good afternoon,

I’m unable to migrate my characters from my Microsoft account (Xbox Series) to play on PC using my Steam account. The following error is displayed:

You cannot add this login method to this account.
You cannot merge two accounts with the same login methods.

Notes: I purchased the early access for POE2 using my Microsoft (Xbox Series) account and am trying to merge it with a Steam account where I previously purchased early access for POE2.

I have the exact same problem, i have emailed the support in 12/12/24, got a reply asking for more information and saying that they would look into it.
Unfortunatly at the present day, almost a month later, i am still waiting for a solution.
Clearly an inefective support for such a wonderfull game.
If you found out a way please let me know.
