chayula's grasp finisher effect not working

I Just bought the chayula's grasp finisher effect and it not working when I kill any rare monster as mentioned in it description.

As of today, it’s still not working. Has anyone heard an answer on when this will be fixed? I know it’s new release but it just paid content. I sure wish I would’ve known about the bug before. I gave them my money. Hope we get a fix for this very soon.

It is working for me
It just have a long time lag that the animation appears long after the death of the RARE monster Also, i have a potato pc, intel 10th gen + NV 4060. How about yours?
