Please Help Can’t Trade or Whisper

My Xbox account is linked to POE2 site
POE Account Name. “ GTREDEYES#1034 “
Character name. “ ItsNuckingFutz “

Supporter pack purchased from Xbox marketplace
I do not have the option in game to trade or whisper with other players. The actual whisper and trade option in the start menu is not highlighted like the other options.
When I go to the trade website to attempt to buy or sell I get a message saying
“ Invalid Query. Your Account must be in-game to use this feature “

Even though my accounts are linked and my account on Poe site shows all my recent transactions in game
The account does not show my characters and when I click on POE2 Early Access on the right side of Account page. I get a message saying
“ Your account does not have Access to Path Of Exile 2 Early Access. “.
I believe this is the reason why I can’t trade.

Have the same option with whispering and trading, both buttons are grey. I can use poe.trade website with no issue. I can't only trade via game (or whisper). Anyone can help? Thanks.

apparently you need to be level 25, i didn't know either i kept looking for solutions.
saw it on reddit, once i hit lv25 i could use the poe2 trade page and whispers started working too.
