linked account now no characters

i tried to link epic games to my account now i have lost 400 hours of work 87 monk and a lot more how can i fix this

Hey there, if you have linked multiple accounts together, you may now have multiple sub-accounts. Please refer to our Account System Update thread for more information.
When logging into the game, search for the drop-down menu of sub-accounts at the top right of the screen, and select the correct sub-account which holds your progress. I hope this helps! If you have any more questions regarding sub-accounts, please email us your query at support@grindinggear.com |
