Anyone Else Want Settlers to Go Core?

I really enjoy Settlers and really want GGG to migrate the league into the core game after this league is over. Although I am concerned, it might be a lot less fun if they do the typical GGG nerf of league mechanics and only show up occasionally when they integrate them into the base game. That is to say, fewer gold drops and less ore to keep the town/ships running would really suck. Do other people want Settlers in the game permanently or am I cooked?

The currency AH? sure, the black market? sure, the additional crafting? sure (just add runes to the drop pool and make it rare) the rest of the stuff not so much even in it's current form it's too much of a chore to keep it running and we all should know by now that these other systems would not make it into the core game without heavy nerfs making them pointless anyway.

No.
The town is fun for about 10 minutes but then you're worrying about it and it's rewards instead of the rewards of actually playing the game. then you want to play ssf or hc and have to do it all over again. I want them to delete the last 4 ish years and revert to 3.12 or 3.13 and then go forward from there without having to destroy poe with bs they are testing for poe 2 |

The town isn't fun...so no.
But IMO we did learn a few things about the game from this league. 1) the currency AH is good 2) having something to log back in for "passively" is good I'm going to make this brief because we should all know GGG will do whatever they want. I am pretty happy with the state of POE1 overall, and whatever future league mechanics they come up with should not ignore my above listed "what we learned". I'm all for it going straight to Standard as is (perhaps with a coupla tweaks). I could see why many wouldn't like to see as core content in subsequent leagues (FOMO is a terrible thing), but I wouldn't mind it there, myself. YMMV. =^[.]^=
